Undentity/Cyborg
It is seen by the confederation of planets that implants come from unseen undentity that is no longer in the living, in the medieval sense and un-dead life form. Implants could be placed in humanoids to attempt to enter it's vector of space.
An example of this is the BORG from star trek, which fundamentally can process data very quickly faster than a living system, with computing technology as it shares a hive mind and consumption of life.
This is what a BORG Drone is sympathised with the view of star trek to be like, however in real life an undentity like this or more so would be in consumption of a galaxy in a few hours at the rate of implants and control mechanism.
The BORG are defined as a unlife machine, that shares a hive mind, these are by far a deadly assassin of life itself.
