We suggest it is time to legislate for the potential of EBEs which for example if they are humanoid that is have 2 legs, 2 arms and a head we would go as far as to suggest they are a human as you or I and have every right and basic principle of human rights represented for there rights. Even though it is a complex subject this digital embassy even though it is here quiet early in the piece, it for the same principle of any embassy. For organising for example Holiday, Work or migration visa for extraterrestrials as well as defending the basic principle that all species of higher sentient thought have the basic human rights that you or I share.

We suggest you write to your foreign minister or delegation about wanting EBEs to be able to organise Holiday, Work and Migrational visa for your country on earth through ETE. The amount of life that exists in the comos compared to native inhabitance is staggering. You couldn't possibly have an embassy per species on your home world otherwise you would always find your native population homeless due to the amount of embassy on the surface. Thats is why it is branched into a single entity of the name of an alien and embassy placed after it on most homeworld for species apart from the native inhabitance to have a place that is representive and physically a local that is there homeworld where they are.

Not many people consider this when they publish there animation of a 3d alien in a forest but the biggest killer on a living planet isn't oftern the sentient life forms that inhabit it, it is the micro-organism. We have been visited by extraterrestrials but oftern they are found with a flu influenza infection or something similar and die within a few weeks not having any natural anibodies in there body for any of the bugs on earth, this includes things like e-colie and other simile things we homosapient humans have adapted to over the few hundred thousand of years of inhabiting earth.

Even most of the simple form of bacteria that we have on the surface of the planet, all though we take them for granted have potential to be a killer infection to any EBE from another world that does have things like body regulation with nanotechnology and cybernetic heath systems. If you wish you can sign up and publish information of bacteria and virus and how we either naturally defend against them or how we produce vaccines for them. This information will be very helpful to any party interest in for exampke dinning with a the Queen of england or meeting to shake hands with the US Presiden in greetings from another world.

The view of where the homosapient lifeform is from is split on the planet, whether it is presented due to a lack of bone records that we are a series of clones introduced to the planet or something that is home grown and evolved or even worst that we where made by a great diety; the view between nations is split.
